Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your merchandise we will gladly accept your returns (except for Clearance ). All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in new condition. The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and include all the parts, instructions, and accessories. Opened packages may be subject to additional fees if all items and documentation are not returned. To return merchandise, you must first contact us for an RGA # (only valid for fifteen (15) days) and return shipping address. Send merchandise prepaid and insured, RGA # printed on the box and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. A refund will be issued less actual shipping charges. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for refund to appear on your original method of payment. Arizona RV Parts Reserves the Right to Cancel any sale at any time of sale.
Custom Products - Sunshades All sales on custom made shade products are made to your specifications and are not returnable, defective items will be repaired or replaced at Arizona RV Parts, Inc. discretion. Limitation of Liability
Arizona RV Parts, Inc / Sunpro Mfg shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Arizona RV Parts, Inc / Sunpro Mfg has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
